Kenneth J. Collins

     In 2017, Kenneth J. Collins was appointed President of Collins Building Services, a role he had been preparing for since his first recollections of industry talk at the Collins Family kitchen table, working as a porter back in the day, and then through a management career focused upon Operations, Human Resources and Client Services (Sales) with the Marriot Corporation. Holding dual positions as Vice President and Assistant to the President from 2008 to 2017, Ken assisted with corporate strategic planning and championed several reengineering initiatives leading to quality improvement and increased efficiency in Accounting, Administration, and Information Technology along with a renewed focus on policy and procedure integration.

     Ken began his CBS career in 1993 as an Account Executive, and to this day, draws upon the details of those client encounters to drive his decision making as President. Throughout his thirty years of service at CBS, he has been a pivotal influence on the company’s culture and people while ensuring that another generation carries the founding vision onward.

Joseph Dussich

     Joseph Dussich has been the President and CEO of JAD Corporation since 1984. JAD is one of the largest privately held building maintenance supply companies in the New York City area. He grew the company from a relatively small business to an extensive operation, with more than 100 employees, 18 delivery vehicles, and thousands of customers. 

    Over the years, Joe opened several other businesses, including American Bulb Corporation, a direct distributor of GE, Sylvania and Philips. Providing all types of lighting products including energy efficient green products. 

     Necessity is the mother of invention! In 2008 Joe invented Mint-X, the only EPA registered Rodent Repellent Trash Bag in the world with17 patents in the US and worldwide. Joe and his 3 sons launched Mint-X Trash Bag Company with distributions nationwide including Walmart, The Home Depot, Costco, Lowe’s, Target, Ace Hardware and many others. Mint-X is currently in over tens of thousands stores across the United States. 

     With the Manufacturing and distribution in College Point, he regularly negotiates contracts with large multinational corporations as well as labor unions. Joe and his team continue to streamline operations to improve efficiency.  

     Over the past 40 years, Joe has purchased over 4 acres of land and developed more than 100,000 square feet of buildings in College Point, Queens. 

     In addition, Joe has been deeply involved in several social and charitable organizations, a few of which are listed here.  Joe is an original board member of the Boomer Esiason Foundation for Cystic Fibrosis Research, and a founding member of The Juvenile Diabetes Research Institute New York City Real Estate Chapter.  He has served as President of Strathmore Vanderbilt Country Club in Manhasset, NY, and served on the Board and as an officer of Tiro A Segno in New York City.  Joe is an original member of Cop Shot. He is also helps with public relations for Amtrak. 

     Joe resides in Manhattan with his wife, Jennifer. He has three children, Joey, Jeff, and James, and is proud grandfather to eight grandchildren.
